Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa is a lead trainer and an artist dedicated to healing through yoga and art. She teaches Level 1 trainings at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and various locations in Southern New Hampshire. She teaches Art and Kundalini Yoga at Lesley University (professional trainings), Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Schumacher College, the Antrim Girls Shelter, Omega Institute for Holistic Health and sliding scale classes at the Union Mill in Peterborough, New Hampshire. She met her teacher Yogi Bhajan at Ladies camp in the late 70's and has been practicing yoga ever since. Hari Kirin holds an MA in Creative Arts Therapies and a MFA in Fine Art. She encorporates art into teaching of anatomy, philosophy and humanology. She is presently writing a Book for KRI: Art & Yoga: Kundalini Awakening in Everyday Life.
