I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga since I was seventeen years old and started teaching in 1978. My wife Krishna Kaur Khalsa and I started co-teaching KRI Level One KY Teachers Training programs in the 1990s. We have conducted or been part of programs in Toronto, Canada; Sacramento, CA; San Francisco, CA and Reno, NV.
